Yep, that'* it. The top one by the PS pump is a stud. The bottome ones should be bolts. Looks like the trans side is 4 or 5 bolts, just glanced at them.

Yeah, trans side is all bolts. Yeah.. the ole stud where ya can't hardly get to it trick...that'* right. and the oil pan bolts aren't fun if the subframe is in the way..but it'* doable.
