There was a lot of white, but that might be salt. Looked like it was 17" from the ground, seems a bit low for a truck. Might have been a tire.

Sucks Dan, I know you'll get her pretty again. Must be a bad week for Bonne'*, I cracked my front bumper and passenger Headlight Assembly this morning. Was gone all day and have to call the claims guy first thing tomorrow. He called while I was out. Going to be a bitch to have the new one painted OEM Cranberry then go through the marbleizing.

Lucky Todd. My insurance has a $500 deductable, and my paint is waivered off my policy. Probably a grand+ out of my pocket. I've been up my driveway 100'* of times each winter for 3 winters now and this morning she wouldn't make it up 1/3 miles of glare ice for the first time. 3/4'* of the way up she came to a spinning stop and with the brakes on I just just kept picking up speed backwards. Dropped the drivers rear in the ditch, the car spun 180 degrees and I went down the hill after the passenger side bumper smacked the bank on the road. After regaining my sanity, I now view it as "could have been alot worse". Blew the passenger side of the Bumper cover to pieces and broke the headlight cover, but the body'* ok and the door unaffected. Time to put the 1000 pounds of rock in the bed of the dually and chain up. The rain/snow bout we had left a layer of ice like I never seen here.

Don't think that one'* going to buff out...

I agree with Steve, I'd throw the hammer in the back and make a few laps around the parking lot Monday morning.
