Here is a real 99 SLE, but ebay title says SE. Maybe these two should swap their auctions. The VINs look similar enough. Must be the "look up" like Mark said above.

These cars came in a lot of different flavors..
93-99 SLE package included Leather standard... But you could have ordered cloth... I favor cloth myself... It would be more like an Option delete, like Leather Delete..
The 00+ I believe that the Leather was an option on the SE-SLE...
But its always interesting to see an SLE or SSE-SSEi with Cloth

I emailed him again with the link Sadness provided showing it is indeed an SE, here was his response (don't buy a car from this guy)

i have a 99 sle with cloth no moon roof or heads up all mine has are wheels and its a true sle, it doesnt need to have all the bells n whistles to be an sle...only thing that throws me off on that car are the wheels...i thought all sles of that hear had the 16 inch wheels

You are right you don't have to have everything.. But thats the confusing part.. Why Have an SLE package to delete everything ti came with.... Leather Was standard with the SLE package.. Cloth of course was an option.. And all of the SLE'* came with Alloys as well..
In the Past I have seen SE'* with the 1SC Package very well loaded... But those are few and far between as the 1SD Package in the later years included the SLE option group...LOL Its amazing all of the combinations we could get into...lol
