Sirius in Bonne's
I was able to replace the XM unit with a Sirius unit (mounted in L/* trunk behind liner). I bought unit from Sirius' website and was able to use the factory antenna with some minor mods. I preferred the music on Sirius better. The unit is available for certain GM vehicles after 2003. Just an FYI if you like Sirius better. BTW I know they are almost the same company. Just prefer not paying extra for NFL and NASCAR.

I like the fact that the Monsoon has XM built in, and the presets for it work on my steering wheel controls and show up on my HUD. That along with my second (boat) and third(boombox) XM receivers being i/2 price on the "family plan" wont have me switching up anytime soon.
The Sirius works exactly like the XM did. My car doesn't have the HUD, Had it on a Caddy and didn't like it. All the controls work along with the dispaly on the radio. It just reads Sirius instead of XM. Just letting people know it'* available. The XM is not "built into" the Monsoon, just connected to it.
