Ya know, I've heard this before... I've had mine since March of this year and they're still running strong. I believe Wren gotten a year or two on a set as well. IMHO I think this issue is around night driving and how often you use your high beams. On a half hour'* drive you could easily be switching your fogs on and off 10 times. Mine have been fine these last 7 months, but I don't do as much night driving in the summer because it'* lighter for longer.

I dunno... just a thought...

Took a gander at my stock fogs the other evening and they appeared pretty bright to me.
