Im shopping on ebay for some brakes, struts, spark plug wires, spark plugs, and wheel cylinders, so can anybody give me some tips on any good products.

AC Delco are always a good place to start.

Struts depend on what you are looking for in ride quality.

Can you give us some more ideas as to where you hope to go, meaning performance or just a general tune up?

On the muffler.. you don't need one unless yours is rusted and dying. You can't outflow your stock muffler,,,aka no performance gain from putting this on.

The cat is probably the right one. You need to verify the pipe size on your catalytic.
