me wearing fleece lined pants tonight definately didn't help. I shouldn't have worn pants to begin with but I wont get into that. lol

I normally say "damn it" out loud and then shut the door and walk away.

touch the top of the door before you put your foot to the ground and you won't feel the shock either. as in, hold the top of the door, then touch your foot to the ground. No more shock.
