Default Shifter ****

How do i get the **** off of my shifter so i can slide the whole console off? I cant get that C clip off.

Pry it out with a flat bladed screwdriver. It comes out towards the dash.

wow, so i took every piece of that console apart, cleaned it, put it all back together, and just by doing that the interior looks almost brand new, its amazing. I just need to fix my night-time driving problems with my displays turning off when i turn on my headlights
