How are you? My name is Rob, I just bought a 1996 Bonneville SE and the car started when it wanted to. Sometimes I would turn the key and it would start right up. Other times ( More than Enough ) I would turn the key and Nothing, just the stupid Security Light. I read your answers on the VATS Bypass, And have a Question. I tested the pellet ....4.75 and have a resistor that reads exactly that. When I put the resistor in and check the reading where I connected it it reads -5.96. And long story short nothing changes except now it won't start at all. Every time I turn the key the Security Light comes on!!! Is there any other way to fix this problem? I don't care if I have the theft feature or not. I bought this car to get to work ( Union Ironworker ) but since this all happened I have been laid off, I am broke, and really need to get this car running again. It ran perfectly fine before this Light Issue. PLEASE HELP! Thank You! Rob from Philly.
