I have the heat covered unless my brother sold our reddy heater from when we were in construction, it is a 170T Pro 170,000 Btu/Hr heater, it will burn Kerosene/ Jet Fuel/ Fuel 1&2 Fuel Oil/ or 1&2 Diesel, it should be able to knock the chill off a bit!

This is a great plan for the winter.
I should buy a L67 out of the yard with transmission and rebuild everything. Then, put it in my car.

I started on the supercharger today. I got it all taken apart and was sickened by the amount of oil/carbon buildup in the */C inlet. BTW, 16 year old supercharger oil REALLY STINKS!!

First I used an old butter knife(because of its contoured blade) to scrape away all of the build up. Then I sprayed it down with carb and choke cleaner and used the nylon bristle brush on my Dremel.
At this point, I needed to remove the mis-aligned casting done at the factory. As you can see in the first 4 pictures, you can see an over lap that either protrudes in both directions axially.
Here I used a high speed cutter to make the first rough cuts around the beveled edge. Once done with that, I move on to 120 grit drums.

This part is pretty close to being done. I would have waited to last to do some final polishing, but I just wanted to do a little bit to show what it would look like when near done.

99.99% done here. In the pictures, it looks like it is still rough, but it is baby butt smooth inside of it. I think its just the way the aluminum was cast.

I could probably make it smoother and less prone to carbon build up if I were to spray some clear coat inside. But I need to find out if that will be fine with the temps.
