I see most RPO codes on my spare tire cover, but some are "damaged." The tire cover, however, has my VIN. Can a dealership re-print these for free?

the build sheet? For the 94, no, for the 99...MAYBE.

But it probably won't be free. Stealerships like their money.

LOL, thats how mine was in the 89.

If this is for the 94, that crumpled wet paper is your only chance, if for the 99, they should still have the build on record.
