Well its round three...
two days ago i was diving on a back road and an suv hit a deer and sent it airborne into my driver side, so another new paint job, another left fender, head light, corner light, bumper, hood.
and totalled for he 2nd time. life just gets better and better haha. Since I love my car i am fixing it hopefully have everything done by next week. luckily i killed the freaking deer. Funny thing is that the suv didnt even break or stop haha.

Well, did you file a police report? Not sure about if that falls in to hit and run.

its not a hit and run, already asked my uncle whose a cop, and hitting a deer is not collision (which i dont have) it is under liability, so i got lucky.
