Default Rock auto to the rescue!!!

So im pulling out of a parking space the other day, when CLUNGGG!!! very loud, and deep sound comes from my front end. The sound of tension being released fromcompressed metal is so distinctive so immediately im thinking one of my coil springs broke. I get out look in the wheel well and absolutely nothing. But as im driving i now hear something metal rattling around and if i turn the steering wheel to far in either direction i get the same clung sound. anyways i manage to get to my buddys shop. 2 hours later he calls me and says both springs and both struts are shot. well over a 1000.00 dollar repair. So i pull the rockauto card and ask him if i can get my own parts. he says ok. 2 brand new kyb struts, 2 brand new coil springs and coil mounts, came to a little over 350.00. an original $800 dollars in parts knocked down to 350. Man i love rockauto.

Good to hear. They've saved me a lot as well. But every now and then, I can get the same price at autozone. Pays to look.
