Try what I did with some bolts that wouldn't budge. Heat it up, and then spray it with PB Blaster. Do it a couple times.

I got it off. Used a 15lb sledge for about 10 minutes. Had to do the same with the hub itself as well.

if doing the sledge hammer act and the car is in the air always make sure to have on lug nut on there 1/2 to 3/4 of the way on.

Default ugh.

what i have done in the past is loosen all the lug nuts but dont take them off and then let it down off the jack the turn the front wheels side to sde until they are free ( FRONTS ONLY )
rears are all the same, hammer them off. i have a very large breaker bar and what i do is go from inside of the rim and try to pry them apart. good luck , ans as someone said put some grease there so it wont happen again........

It was on my sisters '99 Alero. It needed front pads and both front hubs (one was bad, other the ABS got ripped out).

This is exactly what I was going to suggest. I had to do the same thing when I replaced the hub assemblies.

This happens to my f150 all the friggin time. I don't even bother checking first anymore.

Just loosen the lug nuts; drive forward then slam on the brakes; drive backwards & slam on the brakes. Repeat a few times and then jack up the car and the rim will come off easy.
