My '92 SSEi has the same setup! Compressor under the hood, ECC, no ELC, 9-way power seats, no buttons. :(

Your confusing me now. ELC and Electronic level contro isnt the same thing? I wish I had a phone and simply explain to someone what I am talking about cause this is hard to type but easy as heck to say over the phone.
