I got mine in the mail yesterday and was thinking it was for my old 97se after reading this post. I just matched my Vin # and its for my 2000 sle.

You don't have to worry about it. Doesn't affect the earlier years, and you don't have a plastic upper intake to blow up. Your Supercharger is more than strong enough to withstand that.
