You would need the SC and the lower intake only. The M120 is what gives the extra 30 HP. The intake is ported to better match the heads. Only minor upgrades other than that...higher fuel pressure, colder plugs...stuff that most of us have already done.

I'm checking on the PCM right now. If it is the same unitflased differently, we may have found the edge on the GP'ers!
