Is it worth it upgrading the 3.8 se angine to a supercharged.... and if it is how difficult would it be

It just depends on how attached you are to your car. I'm swapping mine, but my car and I have almost a 10 year bond, I learned to drive in it. Costs $$$ though.

Quick answer: Go buy an SSEi, L67 equipped and some really cool seats
