I did the speakers before it was really cold out. For some reason the trunk popped open fine then. Usually I just pull up on the trunk lid a few times, and then go and push the button, and it opens. Tonight it didn't do it at all, and I didn't feel like getting my dad to come outside and press the button for me while I pressed down on the trunk.
Will, I remember you told me about having the same problem. I haven't tried to lube the lock yet. But I don't now if it'* just the lock that'* the problem, or the button too.

Quote from 92 owners manual about heated windshield:
Heated Windshield (Option)
Your vehicle may be equipped with an electrically heated windshield (DE-ICE). When you press the DE-ICE button, it will stay on for about four minutes. But if you put your transaxle in gear within two minutes, the system will go off at the end of the first two minutes. If you shift into geat after the first two minutes, the system will go off.
Note that the electrically heated windshild will decrease the effective distance of some add-on electronic devices, such as garage door openers.
