Is this price reasonable?

$3600 for a 1998 se with 102000 miles ... well cared for with leather (very nice shape), alloys, buckets with center console, and power seat? Upper intake gasket replaced in the last 500 miles and brakes, tires and alternator are recent. Appears to be regularly maintained (oil changes, etc). Driving a ways to look at in tonight if anyone wants to chime in as to whether or not I'm doing a good thing.

If in very good shape and tires and brakes really are recent, that'* a fair price.
Might talk him down anywhere from $200 to $1000 depending on actual condition once you see it.

That'* about decent from what I've seen around here. Especially with the amount of maintenance it sounds like it'* had lately.

My car is very similar; 97SE ~104K miles, and I looked it up on Bluebook for private party sale and it came out at slightly less than $3500, I think it was around $3350 or so.

With leather and bucket seats, I think $3600 is fair (I have cloth and bench), it might be possible to bargain a couple hundred or so cheaper.

Bonneville'* drop in value pretty quick, so the best way to take advantage of that is by BUYING a used one!
