All series II L36( NA ) Bonnevilles 1995-1997 had the 4T60-E... The 3800 series II L67( SC ) got the 4T65-E in 97... All other Bonneville models got the 4T65-E in 1998...

I believe the diffrence between HD and LD is in the Diff IIRC( 4T65-E )

if you really want confirmation, you can go underneath your car, and it should say right on the oil pan of the transmission which one you have

That won't be necessary, as all 00+ Bonnevilles besides the GXP have a 4T65-E. But if you would like to check, feel free to.
