What I did was I shrunk the Picture down and adjusted the contrast color and brightness and the car is very clear but I sure could use a second pair of eyes to look at it just to be sure.

No, it appears to be on the rear of the front fender, just behind the front wheel but above the body molding, in front of front door

Taillights are too diffrent and they all have low mount third brake lights (passat)
