What she didn't tell me but I found today, the AC compressor makes a whine/rattle/clicky noise when engaged, and makes some noise when not engaged. I haven't seen the smoke yet, but I'm assuming it'* coming from the AC clutch.

So, can I rebuild the clutch of the AC compressor, or do I need to get her a new compressor?

That'* what it is.
