Photoshop??
Hate to sound picky but to make this work the best I can, I'd need a straight one profile shot of the car and the rims to be staight on as well. The less angles the better
Check on tirerack.com for rims...see if you can find some that are similar and save the gif images.
We wanna make this work, In the meatime I'll hunt around tirerack and see what I can find

LOL, the best thing to do is to take a picture that will help you work with photshop. I'm no PS whiz but I make sure picture that I take las little or no angles, depending on what I want to do
As for painting, there should be a menu box that has both fill (bucket) and paint (brush) and another menu that has brush sizes and swatches (colors)
It gonna take a while to get used to it, but PS is powerful software, play around a bit

Now when you right click on the object you will have many transformation modes. Use them at will with the little handles on the outside of the layer.
Note: I'm assuming you're using PS 7.0
Just in case, I have Photoshop and am pretty good at it. Not an expert, but it'* a complicated program. I do have some free time since I just graduated. Eventually I'll be a graphic designer and have used P-shop to figure out my (future) custom hood and light covers. Fun stuff.
Buzzbomer88le, there'* a slightly riced out Bonne at cardomain.com with (homemade)ground effects and a raised stock spoiler. Looks a bit unfinished and tacky, but check it out. I think it'* on the 4th page of Bonnes. The heading has "body kit... crushed green velvet..." in case you wanted to see it.
