Does anyone have a part number for the top tether anchor retrofit kit for a 1989 Olds Cutlass Ciera? I have the bulletin information that allows for one tether anchor to be installed free of charge. However, I called four local GM dealerships, and none of them could find or tell me the part number. They all were able to find the bulletin and verify that I should be able to get an anchor installed, but they said the part was discontinued and nobody could tell me the part # to seek it out on my own.

Anyone have a kit installed in this model and year car?
