P/Ns NEEDED: GXP Rear Sway Bar, Brackets and Bushings

If someone has access, could they please provide the part numbers for the 04-05 GXP rear sway bar (21mm), brackets and bushings? (FE5 suspension).

I think Ed Morad has these for sale on ebay. As of last week he did anyway.

Ed only has the front bar (which seems to be the same bar as the 30mm SSEi bar). I ended up buying the GXP front struts and rear shocks along with the springs he had on ebay to swap over to my SSEi. I plan on posting my findings if it works.
