It'* quite obvious that I prefer center fogs. These stock fogs are really just ornaments that illuminate the frontal area, but they do look unique. SE'* are darn good looking cars in thier own right.

You've hit on one of the things that'* always bothered me about my own Beloved Bonneville™, and it'* not that they put the foglights up there above the license plate... it'* that you're supposed to have long-range _driving_ lights in that location, only the factory was too cheap to engineer a pair for that spot, and you can't just swap in a pair without having to do a lot of rewiring, because the foglights (correctly) switch off when you go to high beams.

One of these days I'll get a pair of Angel Eyes and fix up my car the way the factory should have done it in the first place.

That is exactly my intention also. I would really like functionality from those lights other than providing a few feet of light projection in front of the car.

I know I'll be yelled at later but look at the side view of a 99 SSEi, and look at the bottom edge of the door, It looks dented in on the both ends of corners. The rocker panel looks like the car got high centered and dented the middle section. The SSEi cladding seems too excessive when compared to a Honda Element. Shouldn't have said that... Oh well, I personally despite the foglights in the bumper, I'm with Jack and Bugsi. They're right, I prefer the lights apart. But I like Bonnies no matter what. What I'm trying to say is that I would stay with SE myself. Okay, apologies to SSEi owners who may be angered or insulted. Deaf people tend to be too honest.

tough to compare a car that some of us feel has style to a square box. Actually impossible

I like the styling personally of the SSEi.. the indent along the side actually serves a purpose in aerodynamics.
