I like my L27! Sounds better then a series II whiner, and not like those silly */Ced cars.
If you wanna */C your L67 you'll need new lower intake manifold, PCM, harness, maybe heads, blah blah blah.... You'll spend more doing that, then swapping in a rebuilt engine.
