Default Needin help with Torque Specs for my late model Olds with the older Style 3800 V6

Awhile back I was asking if I should let my engine blow or not due to a leak in the manifold because of the gasket is bad. Well the friend that has been helping me with all the work on my car said it is worth the time and money to fix it. So I will be doing so on that. Well I am having the same trouble he is. We can't find the torque specs for the top end of the motor. We know what all has the be done but we can't find torque specs for my older 3800 V6. Also I due not have the Type II 3800 V6. Mine only has a LIM not an UIM and a LIM. So if anyone knows the specs or a website for them would you please let me know. Thanks.
