Yep, gotta run 91 in mine. I wish I could go higher but the highest around here is 91...

Joe...that may be why you only post loses in Kill Stories...

Start using higher octane gas and put the MAF screen back in :o

i run 93...only place to get it....Holiday....if your car has a minimum(sp) gas it requires if you dont put that it using lower octane it will knock and ping i believe....

so if i were to put 87 or 89 octane in my 93 SSEi what kind of immidetate effects would i expect to get, i know a guy who has a 03 SSEi he says he will go 3 or so tanks of 89, then go a tank of 91...? is this good or bad..

L67'* need premium gas or you will experience pre-detonation issues. The guy with the 03 SSEi is ignorant of his new L67....89 is not the recommended fuel and shouldn't be used.

I run a minimum of 90. 91 when I can afford it, and 93 when I can find it. Pretty limited here if you don't live near a Holiday store.
