bmsgaffer86 scans his 94(I think) with EFILive v4, a home made A-D converter, and a car PC.
EFI Live v4'* license is at least $100 and A-D converter is around $80 if you don't make one yourself.
It is expensive but much more powerful.

The CP9110 is very hard to find because IIRC its been discontinued for quite some time... So, if you can't find one, consider this...

It MSRPs for 500 bucks, but if you're resourceful enough...

It'* also compatible with OBDII just in case you decide to "upgrade"

bought a cable from this place:
http://www.obd2cables.com/products/i...hp?cPath=21_29
cut off he 15 pin male end and found a 15 pin solder female connector, and followed these instructions:

15 pin solder connector:
http://www.allelectronics.com/cgi-bi...N_FEMALE_.html
or if you have an old sound card the game port works too.
I didn't hook up pin number 16 since the scanner is powered by the lighter.
Works like a champ

That'* the scanner you need but I'm not sure that cable will work. I beleive that cable will be for the OBD-1 and not the OBD-1.5. Have "SLUG" make the cable for you. Sounds like he'* making really good cables.
