I got mine from the same Ebay guy listed above. Didn't get an email from him at all about the auction, didn't get it from him for two weeks and he charged $4.99 for shipping and then mailed it in a $0.39 envelope. I am happy with it but not with the guy I got it from. It is pictured in my signature in the middle.
