yep that'* what I'm doing selling my old TB. I have the 97 L36 TB on the car (duh), and a 2000 L67 TB if no MAF in my room needs a little porting and cleaning.

The thickness of the material around the opening of the "TB" is more than it should be, that'* why it dosen't step down as much as it should, the internal sizes are (or should be) correct.
