I think that (1: windows up/down & Underbody neons on/off ) would be the coolest one to have, Great for showing off the ride.
But...(4: lights / horn ) might be the more practical one. Remote access for the lights could come in handy at night.

My Viper has a 4-Button Programmable remote too, and this is what I have them set at.
The first button in the upper left hand corner is Lock, the one to the right of it is Unlock. Push them both at the same time and it starts the car (remote start). The bottom left hand corner button is AUX which pops the trunk if held for 3 seconds, or if you push AUX before locking or unlocking it does it in "Silent Mode" and doesnt shirp the siren. The lower right hand button is Panic and sounds off the alarm in full blast. Lastly, if you push both buttons in the bottom row together it beeps the horn (to find it in parking lots without setting off the siren like a retard).
Looks like you got a good start, but I would definetely make one of those extra channels my trunk release, because I use mine all the time.
Hope that gives ya some ideas
