I took these 2 pics, 1 w/flash, 1 wo/flash. First of all, which one looks best, second of all, who can crop it and make a decent sig pic?

I'm no picture maven, but one way to get it to fit your sig requirements is to check the box next to your pic of choice in Photobucket, then scroll down to the bottom to the box where it says "Please Select Action". Choose "Generate HTML and IMG Code", hit "Go".

Scroll down to "IMG clickable thumbnails for message boards - recommended". Copy the code in the box and paste it into your sig. Worked for me.

I kinda wanted somebody to crop the grille (where it looks centered), shrink it, and put some words on it (like what'* in my sig now), none of which I know how to do. I have the software on my computer, but it isn't working now.
