Question Need help identifying lamps

I'm hoping someone can help me. I have a set of NOS Delco Guide lamps and according to online information, they belong to a 1964-1965 Buick Skylark. I can't find them on any photos of those cars online. Can someone please help me? They may be to a GM or Chevy product instead. Their NOS numbers are 210289 and 210290. Here is the info I found online and I'm including a photo of one of them.64-65 Special-Skylark exc. Wagons 910289 LH Lamp

64-65 Special-Skylark exc. Wagons 910290 RH Lamp

Welcome to the forum.
By chance have you tried calling a dealer to see if there is a cross reference to 210289 and 210290 ?
What are are the other numbers on the bulb Like the SAE R-64 on the right.
There is also a set of numbers on the left of photo and one is upside down on the bottom of photo that is difficult to read.
If you remove the lens from housing are there any numbers on the back of lamp?

I am pretty sure that is a back up light for the 1964/1965 Buick Skylark Special Gran Sport'*.
I think the 65 Skylar Convertible also had them..
They were vertically mounted on each side of the license plate.
Hope that helps.

I see somebody overtightened the screw and cracked as lens.
You can still find the lenses, let me look....
Ahh yes..
