Default Need help finding unicorn caliper

I got what appears to be an old GM caliper on a restored 47 ford coupe. I tried 85 monte and 82 regal and 6 trips to various parts stores. Anyone have any thoughts.

I might not have a good sense of scale, but it looks smaller than a G-body. Maybe it is from an X-body . . . ?

Almost looks like this one, but not a perfect match...
That is going to be tough to match,

I see some resemblance, but the slide ears are way too wide.

Yeah, this is closer to looking like it, but the brake line in is on the opposite side, other than that it is close, but no cigar....

You might still. I'd never heard of speedwaymotors.com before this thread, but they have some great pictures of their parts. Might be worth looking around.

Whats hte piston diameter. Id just guess its a pre 1978 gm(SAE, not metric) caliper for something with a thick rotor like a truck, a big car, older cars, a bodies etc

Unless your using metric for the rest of the truck hub stuff I would say your searches did not work because 1978 GM started putting out metric calipers which had smaller pistons than a lot of things back with the SAE, not all, but a fair amount
