Anyone have a 91 SSE FSM? What does it say for ELC relay and diagnosis? How about any 92 Buicks or Olds with ELC?

John, if you give me a few days Ican dig deeper...

But on my 91 SSE, the Relay for the ELC is on that passenger side relay center and not in the Maxifuse Relay center... Also the 91'* have 1 or 2 relays in the Maxifuse relay center... The rest of the relays have the same placement as the 89-90 Models
