Oh yeah I forgot to tell all of you. As I was getting on the NJ turnpike from 295 north going home, I got hit from behind while in more traffic from this idiot in a rented cavalier. I was stopped in traffic and all of a sudden I feel a nudge from behind and a bang. Well needless to say, I am getting a new bumper and new paint!!! It works out pretty good condsidering I was going to have it painted anyway.

i k now exactly what you mean! My rear bumper has just scratches all over it on the top by the trunk, and my front air dam is busted up...

i too have one really banged up front end. one of the lights is bent down. i fixed that with a wood chip. my radiator is even bent. its actually concave curve

I have some free rust spots to give away if any of you fellerz are interested

..ok i guess my car isn't bad then after reading this, no rust, and no mechanicl problems (aside from having no rotors on her right now, and on jack stands.... but ill post about that here in the general chat.)

I have you all beat. I had an accident in February, got the front repainted, along with some huge scratches fixed!

My brother just backed into my car last Sunday...$1900. I just took my scoops off the week before, and there were some scratches on the hood, but that will be repainted this time!

When I fix my rust, I'll get a lot of the back repainted! Unless someone hits me in my rust spot first, and I'll get it done for free

Heh, that happened to me when I got reared. I needed a new bumper too. But I had it worse, cause my frame bent with it.

Ouch, thats no good, might make it hard to sell the car later, if you were stupid enuogh to do that

Just make sure when any of you get hit be sure the other guy has insurance to cover your cars damage. I got rear-ended in my 1992 SE and it took a week of his insurance (Progressive -Progressive ******** is what I refer to them as) company debating what my car was worth because of all the modifications to decide that the other kid didn't have any insurance (no doubt because I had reciepts for over $3500 in accerssories from the Vogue wheels/Vogue Tyres to the K&N cone filter to the LED tail-lights, and the interior trim pieces all painted green to match the car.
They sure backed off quick (I should have sued them because I got bodily injury causing over 1 week of unpaid time off at work and my car was totalled (I had just paid the car loan off 3 days earlier).

Anyhow be carefull.
