My baby is officially at the shop where it will recieve its new transmission this week. I cant wait to get her back, she will drive so much nicer. I just wanted to share this exciting news with everyone on the forum.

In a 99 nonetheless. Fairly new for a tranny already! How many miles did you get out of it?

In regards to the tranny going in its nothing special, came out of another 99 bonneville has 31K on it. With it there doing a shiftkit, a high stall converter and I have a trans cooler to install as well. I got a little over 161K on the original transmission; I think it was those late november track runs that did it in finally :?

Okay, but still 161k isn't bad service.
