Default Mod Contest!

Well, okay it'* not really a contest since there'* no prize (except for me). But I am looking for some ideas on potential future mods I can do. Because of something I'm currently working on, here are some of the criteria I have to meet:

- Something which requires activation with a momentary contact switch.
- Something which uses an indicator to show it'* active/working.
- Non-perforance based (since there aren't really any for the LD8 anyway).
- Something comfort/convenience preferred.

I'm already going to add rear heated seats and am investigating the practicality of headlight washers. Any other thoughts are appreciated. I considered a hood mounted, high power laser for those annoying drivers ahead of me, but the law won't let me :(

Automatic trunk closing. Since we have a remote release for the trunk and I know that on 00+, they open fully instead of "popping open" like on 92-99.

Adding cooling lines to the heated seats shouldn't be too hard. Just need to make sure the cooling lines will agree with the heat from the heating elements. Pumps for most systems like that are small and fairly quiet...I think it would be really cool to do a custom two-part button in the normal heated seat button position. Same shape, but split, with one half for the heat, one half for cooling.

Hmm, how about heated washer fluid?
Heated/cooled cupholders?

OOH, OOH, heated steering wheel! For those cold days when the wheel grabs your fingers like a tongue on a flagpole...

Power pedals :P I wish these cars came with them. Or how about wiring up the sunroof to close with the ignition
