Default Magnaflow,Carsound or other

Well its time I put a new cat on, its been rattling like a sob for a couple monthes now and I finally have the funds to provide for my baby.
I was curious so I checked out what kinda deal I could get on ebay, I found one its called Carsound? Really cheap, Iv never heard of this company before. Have you? Then the prices people wanted for a Magnaflow are more than what I can get it for from a performance shop. Im not sure if Dynomax makes one, I didnt see one in the keystone cataloge. Have you heard of Dynomax making a hi flow cat? I kind of would like to stick with Dynomax if i could. If not im leaning more towards a Magnaflow. But I have two different part numbers for them, both are 2 1/2" in and out. Im not sure if one is better than the other or if its just for different applications, these are the numbers i have 94316 and 54305, do you know the difference?

Thanks in advance for any help.
