L26 in a 99 SLE
Forget it. Far too much trouble, unless you only want the bottom end. Fly by wire means no throttle cables. It'* a servo-actuated throttle body. Your PCM doesn't support it, and your TB won't simply bolt up.
There is no advantage to the aluminum upper if you've done the L36 APN or Dillon UIM.
