Default Interesting stuff on shifter handles

I already knew that the 92-94 T handle shifters came with or without leather. Probably dependent on the interior seat material.

The same thing applies to the 95-99 Cobra shifter. SE'* with cloth got no leather wrapping.

Apparently the same thing applies to the 2000+ T handle (which I prefer of the 3 designs). The one I transplanted into the SSEi last year is leather wrapped, but the new one I just got for the SLE is not. Hard to tell at first glance, and it doesn't bug me, but still interesting nonetheless.

Someone has asked for a T handle button (Who was it??? cause I can't find the PM) and I found the wrapped and non wrapped.

Both were in cars with leather seats.

Not sure what you're point is! :? You specifically said it about cobra shifters not having leather with cloth seats. I do!

Interesting quotation job. :P

I think we can all agree...there were some weird combinations done and apparently no single rule applies on the shifters.
