Ok not too long ago I posted about a water leak in my car. Since then I have found and fixed the leak (door seal pulled away from the car).

Shortly after I started to have a DIC problem telling me there were two lights out. I checked and double checked and all of the lights were working!!

I then was told that the ground buss under the carpet could be the culprit. So I got lazy (usually happens allot) and I decided to maybe slam the dash a little to see if I can knock the light out. well The DIC went blank, and after a couple of more hits it came back on. So I left it alone for a while until I decided to go under the carpet and check the ground buss, well again I got lazy and checked the bulbs again instead.

Well I came across a burnt out third light, and the ever so ellusive license plate bulb. I went to AZ got new bulbs replaced them and im glad to say my DIC is working again!!!

The retardation set in when I was sitting there visualizing how I was hitting the dash trying to make the light go out on its own.

Believe it or not, I wasnt smoking a damn thing. I usually take care of that after 9pm after my son has gone to bed.

So you saying you replaced 2 bulbs on the *** end of the car and your DIC works now,maybe im retarded too.

Thats what im sayin lol. Here I am thinking if I hit the dash hard enough "Maybe" the light will go out. LOL
