Toyo Proxes TPT. Directional tread. GREAT tires, even better if you have them siped. I've had 3 sets of these on my SSEi. SLE will get them if it lasts that long.

The real question is. Do you want the best for your money? Or just what you can afford?

If you want the absolute best for your money... get Goodyear Assurance TripleTred tires all the way around. They are the number one all season tires on tirerack.com. They perform outstandingly in and and all conditions.

Here is where you can buy them. They are also available at sams club and goodyear gemini garages as well as other tire stores.

Here is a link to actual road and track tests comparing the direct competetors:

The 215/65R15s are $103 plus tax and shipping. It is usually only $5 a tire for them to be mounted at most tire shops.

All said and done they would be $499.26 shipped. Still barely within that budget.

wj, his stock tires are wider than yours. That drives the price up.

I've been happy with a few sets of Kumhos in the 16". This would be a 215/65/15? This is a very good tire, price notwithstanding. When you factor in the $47/ea price, I think they're a winner!

You've got a tire rack in Shreveport, LA, so you should get them in one day with standard shipping.
