Ditch the Bosh O2. Get A/C Delco, much better. Our cars hate Bosch plugs, wires, and O2. Well at least the Ser 1. The Ser2 doesn't seem to give a rats what I do to it.

Whats the code 26 mean though? I know what the code says but what is it?

Does your trans slip or shudder or not go into OD luckup? If so your trans is on it'* way out. Could last you a long time yet as my 1994 SLE had that code (OBD1.5 version) and it'* been running like that since before I bought it.

I just put some transmission fluid in there today because it was low. It shifts fine now. It was a jerk in between 1st and second. THats all. My white car did the same thing. I bought a trans mount just in case of that though. I hope that my trans isnt bad. I will keep an eye on that.

I have to realize though, I have 194K on hte car now. WHo knows, it might be the factory trans in it.
