I just can't win!!! :(
Friday started out SO nice! Nice 68 degree morning, no sun in my eyes (but I travel WEST in the morning and EAST in the evening) Traffic was good. got lots done at work and even got to leave early.
2:21 pm I'm on the 101 and almost the Southern/Baseline exit. I hear screeching tires in back of me and.... WHAM!
Now.. for the car that hit me. HEHEHE.....
I'm loving this car more and more.
THIS is what happens when you just HAVE to talk on the phone while driving. Here in AZ we have no law against talking on the phone, but we DO have a law that you can't txt while driving. She was sighted for failure to control and also driver impedance. Each ticket is $500 plus maditory driving school which is about $220. Her license has been put on temporary suspension so until she passes the driving school she will have a suspended license.
I have a little neck and back pain and am sore, but probably not as sore as she is. She never even asked if I was ok and then expected ME to call the police. HA! Wait til your insurance rates go up! :P Teach you to hit a tank with your little ricer huh? LOL

Me too. Like I said some very minor aches and pains and I'm still going to claim them. Just makes me mad that she was on the phone and not watching the road. Now my unmolested mint Park Ave is no longer mint. :/
As far as loving those steel bumpers YEP! I'm amazed she didn't break the radiator in her car as hard as she hit.

Wow that sucks man..Hope you are alright..and man can them old buick take a hit lol mine hit a semi and drove home..(i was not driving lol) not the one i have now but my previous one

I'm still hurting, and am going to call the insurance company tomorrow and tell them I need medical help. it'* not an emergency or anything but I think since she hurt me, I should at least go get checked out.
