It wasn't firing period. Would have to fire at the wrong time to get a mis-fire code, but it wasn't firing at all sans the no code, yet I'd have thought some sort of code would have come up. Probably would have in a Series II which has a little more to the diagnostics.

FYI, Series 1 PCM'* aren't capable of logging misfires.

And I think DrJay is going to be in the 12'* when he gets it tuned right. Regardless of the pulley swap.

I gotta Heli-Coil my home-made puller, then I'll mail it up to ya Or you can road-trip down for it.

We don't KNOW how fast he is yet, and I hope to find out side-by-side (and a little behind) at the track soon. We have our guesses compared to his 'feel' for the car before and after the build, and what the engine was spec'd and built for.
