Besides me and Jim?

Jim, you'll see my problem better Saturday It makes me want to

It'* a shame since the rest of our cars are so nice and rust-free except for the couple spots we have.

They used it a couple times in 3 winters, but only a couple times.... Most of the time they couldn't at all. Man don't have to be such a smart *** about it... Anyways, the car is in great shape, it'* in better condition the more i inspect it. I guess i'll start resizing pix... Can't wait to wash it! In the next month or so i plan to clay it, and then a nice heavy wax job.... Got an air filter in it last night, and cleaned it all out, but i forgot to hook up the wire that attaches on the side of the airbox underneath the intake tube... i put it back now but what is it? and did driving around without it hurt it? MAF screen was pretty clean, just a discolored spot pretty much.

BonnieBoiMN, that'* your IAT sensor. Reads the temp of incoming air. You should probably keep that in

Don't worry i got it in, i thought it was that, but i wasn't sure, but the sensor was underneath the first pipe from the headlight to the box anyways, so the air was the same temp/or colder. I wanna turn the tubing from the box to the TB into a CAI part, but i wanna keep the stock appearance any good sheild i could put on the inside of the tubing you know of? Would regular aluminum foil work well for that, or would the sheilding work much better on the outside without the tube in the way. Anyways It'* definetly a looker, and the body is great, the engine is pretty clean (not too clean to look like a cover up of something bad), but i'm definetly taking after you Bonnie94sse, this this is gonna shine in a month or two. I love this car!

EDIT: Yeah i remembered it on the way to my neighborhood so i just popped it back in when i got home.

I think foil would work. I think I've seen one with it. I'd personally make some kind of shield just so it looks better. I'm a neat freak/perfectionist when it comes to my car.

My dad said i should have some stuff redone on it. He said since i'll be in mankato which has pretty hard winters, i should have the car ready, he said when he moved out here before us in the nova (hadn't sold the house yet, but he started his job) he had a bunch of stuff done. We will probably get tranny fluid flushed, and filter changed, plugs and wires, and maybe a battery. I just got an air filter and cleaned the crap out of the air box. I figure the plugs and wires i could do on my own, and get better parts in the process. Any recomendations?

If i was gonna put aluminum foil in the airbox tubing it would be on the inside, where it isn't visible, and i like the look of the rubber tube anyways.... A polished metal one costs way too much for me right now.. Not to mention i would need ANOTHER air filter.
